Online Application

When you submit this application, you will be considered for all our undergraduate research programs,
including SPUR, UO-REU, R25-SRP, and OURS programs.
Please apply to just one program, and your application will be considered for all of them.

Application Deadline

There is not a strict deadline. Rolling admission begins in late January.

We will begin making offers of acceptance in January, and we will continue to review applications until all slots are filled, usually in mid-March. Selection is based not only on personal qualifications, but also depends on the suitability of an applicant's interests for participating laboratories, and the availability of positions in those laboratories. Please note that space is very limited.

Letters of Recommendation

We receive numerous letters asking what recommendation letters should include. Here is our Note to Referees.
